My assumption is that off the shelf types that can't be (easily) optimised are not worth spending money on. Then there are off the shelf types that seem to be workable and then full custom design. With the latter, there appears to be a number of options (We've talked dreamweaver designers and a company that uses css amongst the mix of people we've approached). Any feedback you're willing to give is appreciated.
